How Wellbeing Coaching works.

Step 1
Book an introductory session where we will have an informal chat to
talk about your goals, dreams and what you want to achieve.
Step 2
Once you decide to go ahead with the programme, I will email you your
coaching contract and some assessments to help you reflect on your
desired outcomes and get you motivated about achieving your goals
and dreams.
Step 3
Let’s get started! We agree how long the programme will be and book
your appointments. Many clients achieve their goal within just 4- 6
sessions.
NB: All sessions are conducted online with complete privacy.
